ROBB E. TURNER

PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGERS

Mr. Turner is the founder and Chairman of The Madava Group and has 30 years of energy finance, corporate finance, and public and private equity and debt investment experience. The Madava Group holds interests in energy assets, energy financial services, and real estate. Mr. Turner was Senior Partner and co-founder of ArcLight Capital Partners (“ArcLight”), a leading power and energy private equity firm. Mr. Turner was responsible for overall investment, asset management, strategic planning, and operations of ArcLight and its funds. During Mr. Turner’s career at ArcLight, the firm raised six funds and invested over $17 billion in the energy sector. Prior to co-founding ArcLight in 2001, Mr. Turner founded and built Berenson Minella & Company's energy advisory practice. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Turner held senior positions at Smith Barney, Schroders, Wasserstein Perella and Kidder, and Peabody & Co., where he was responsible for advising on buyouts, corporate finance structures, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

ANTHONY LAMBERT

CHIEF PETROLEUM ENGINEER AND MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF MANAGERS

Prior to joining the Company in June 2018, Mr. Lambert was the President and CEO of Sanling Energy, where he was responsible for transitioning the company from numerous low netback assets to a large single asset in a premier liquid-rich asset in western Canada. Mr. Lambert oversaw all active joint venture operations and advised the deal team at Canadian Non-Operated Resources LP on matters including deal pipeline and structuring considerations. Prior to that, Mr. Lambert was the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Daylight Energy, a company that grew to produce 140 million cubic feet of natural gas and 13,400 barrels of light oil and natural gas liquids a day and was sold to Sinopec Energy for $2.9 billion in 2011. Prior to Daylight Energy, Mr. Lambert was the Chief Operating Officer at Midnight Oil & Gas Ltd. Mr. Lambert has also held executive and senior roles in other oil and gas companies including Ulster Petroleum Ltd., Mark Resources Ltd., and Husky Energy Inc. Mr. Lambert is a professional Petroleum Engineer with over 30 years of oil and gas experience. Mr. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana Tech in Butte, Montana.

MICHAEL GRIJALVA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

Mr. Grijalva joined the Company in January 2018 with 15 years of finance and oil and gas experience. Mr. Grijalva previously served as the Interim CFO and Vice President of Corporate Finance at Triangle USA Petroleum, an upstream oil and gas company with operations in the Williston Basin. In his time at Triangle, Mr. Grijalva facilitated equity and debt capital raising initiatives and administered a $450 million credit facility. Additionally, he oversaw all aspects of finance, business development, and enterprise risk management. Prior to Triangle, Mr. Grijalva worked at a boutique investment bank serving the oil and gas industry. He served in the bank’s capital markets group where he conducted public company equity valuations, asset valuations and advised on asset-level A&D engagements. Mr. Grijalva attended Pepperdine University where he graduated cum laude and he holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

PAUL QUEALLY

MEMBER OF BOARD OF MANAGERS

Paul Queally runs 5Q Capital, a Florida based family investment office investing in a wide range of investments. Mr. Queally was a General Partner and former Co-President of Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe (WCAS) before retiring in 2018. He joined WCAS in 1996 and focused on investments in the healthcare space. Previous to WCAS, Mr. Queally was a General Partner of Sprout Group, the venture capital affiliate of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He has served on the Board of Directors of ten public companies in his career and over 30 private companies. Mr. Queally holds a BA from the University of Richmond, where he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and an MBA from Columbia University.

MICHAEL VIOLA

MEMBER OF BOARD OF MANAGERS

Mr. Viola currently serves as the President of the Viola family office, a position he has held since March 2016. As President of the family’s investment office, Mr. Viola is responsible for overseeing the family’s operating businesses, public and private investment portfolio, banking relationships, not-for-profit business and philanthropic work. Mr. Viola currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crowheart Energy LLC, Virtu Financial Inc., a leading technology-enabled market-making company, Independent Bank Group Inc., a large regional commercial bank based in McKinney, Texas, and Swift Air, a private charter airline. Mr. Viola also serves on the board of the Viola Foundation, working to develop and deliver innovative programs in the education, national security, and faith-based sectors. Before joining the family investment office, Mr. Viola worked at Virtu Financial from 2010 to 2016. While employed at Virtu, Mr. Viola held multiple roles, including in operations, project management, and trading, where he worked as a senior trader focused on foreign exchange products and global commodities. Mr. Viola graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

ALEXANDER MATINA

MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF MANAGERS

Mr. Matina is the Vice President, Investments at MFP Investors LLC, the family office of Michael F. Price, which focuses on long-term, value investment opportunities. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trinity Place Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded real estate company, focused on multi-family and retail investments. In addition, he serves on the board of S&W Seed Company, a publicly-traded agricultural company, with proprietary seeds targeting the alfalfa, sorghum, sunflower, and stevia markets. Mr. Matina also serves on the board of TGI Friday’s, a casual dining restaurant chain. Prior to joining MFP Investors, LLC in 2007, Mr. Matina served in various roles at Balance Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and as a senior associate at Altus Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund. He was previously a principal at 747 Capital, a private equity fund-of-funds, and a financial analyst at Salomon Smith Barney in the financial sponsor's group of the investment banking division. Mr.Matina received an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance, Accounting and International Business from Fordham University.
